A property company landlord, advised by Curchod & Co, has just let the whole of Towergate House, Wintersells Road near Brooklands in Surrey.
The substantially refurbished building provided air-conditioned offices of 4,500 sq ft with 25 car parking spaces. The self-contained property has been taken on a new 10 year lease at a headline rent equating to £15.00 per sq ft (£75,000 per annum) by local company, IAS Laboratories.
