Curchod & Co’s team of Registered Valuers grows

The team of Registered Valuers at Curchod & Co, the independent practice of property surveyors, has grown recently with the accreditation by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) of Katie Hemblade at the firm’s Weybridge office.

The firm now has as four Registered Valuers covering the markets in Middlesex, Surrey and Hampshire. Katie’s accreditation adds to the existing team of Ian Oswin, Tim Alden, Robert Cullen.

Ian Oswin said: “RICS Registered Valuers are regulated and qualified professionals who provide the highest standards of property valuation to individuals, businesses and organisations who rely on accuracy and transparency when looking for valuation on homes, business properties, land and investments.

“Katie’s accreditation enables the firm to expand its business and will bring Curchod & Co’s full range of services to an even greater area of south east England.”

Commenting on her accreditation, Katie said: “As a firm Curchod & Co specialises in valuations for both commercial, residential and mixed use properties for a variety of purposes such as taxation, property disputes, lending, accounting and asset management and I am looking forward to assisting our clients from across the region.

“To be officially recognised as an expert by the property industry’s governing body is a personal honour,” she added.

Surrey & Hampshire property specialists

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
