Totalling 188 properties, Langdon Park is an exclusive development set within thirty-two acres of parkland with a private gym, which shares a mixture of tenures including housing association, freehold and leasehold properties. Curchod & Co’s block management team will oversee maintenance, ground rent collection, compliance and health & safety issues.
Langdon Park is adjacent to Normansfield, an existing management instruction for Curchod & Co which comprises 93 residential units and totals around 20 acres.
