Curchod & Co has been instructed by Langdon Park Residents Association to manage 188 residential properties at the Langdon Park, Teddington in south west London.
Totalling 188 properties, Langdon Park is an exclusive development set within thirty-two acres of parkland with a private gym, which shares a mixture of tenures including housing association, freehold and leasehold properties. Curchod & Co’s block management team will oversee maintenance, ground rent collection, compliance and health & safety issues.
Langdon Park is adjacent to Normansfield, an existing management instruction for Curchod & Co which comprises 93 residential units and totals around 20 acres.
Sean Deans, Senior Block Property Manager at Curchod & Co said: “Langdon Park is a top-quality residential development in a parkland setting, and we have been tasked to implement a proactive management strategy that will ensure that the properties and grounds remain one of the capital’s most desirable localities.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.Meet the team
