Curchod & Co expands following merger with Wadham & Isherwood’s Camberley & Farnham operations

Curchod & Co expands following merger with Wadham & Isherwood’s Camberley & Farnham operations

Curchod & Co in Weybridge and Woking, the commercial property, building surveying and management business, has merged with the Farnham and Camberley offices of rival firm, Wadham & Isherwood – expanding its operations across Surrey.

The Guildford commercial agency and Woking management offices of Wadham & Isherwood are unaffected by the merger.

The Farnham and Camberley offices, managed by Nick Reeve and David Bowen respectively, have been rebranded under the Curchod & Co banner, with Nick and David both becoming partners of the expanded business with Ian Oswin, Christopher Martin and Richard Newsam.

Ian Oswin, senior partner at Curchod & Co, said: “David, Nick and the wider team, bring with them vast knowledge and experience of the markets in the Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire border areas and will allow the expanded business to bring new levels of service to all our clients right across the county and beyond.

“This is a very exciting opportunity for us at a time when both the occupier and investment markets are changing in response to the wider economic climate.”

David Bowen said: “There is a great synergy between our separate operations, in terms of both culture and geographic spread. By coming together in this way our clients will benefit from a wider range of services and our ability to provide high-quality commercial property advice at a regional level.”

Nick Reeve added: “The merger is not only great news for our existing clients, who will still receive the same high-level of client service we provide, but also for occupiers, landlords and the wider business community. Having four offices in key local markets, will enable us to provide detailed advice and analysis of the commercial real estate market across the region.”

As part of Curchod & Co’s expansion, the firm’s Woking office is relocating to Morris House, 34 Commercial Way, Woking to accommodate its planned growth in the town.

The contact telephone numbers for the Farnham and Camberley offices remain unchanged. Further information regarding the merger and the services available from Curchod & Co is available from the website: www.curchodandco.com

Surrey & Hampshire property specialists

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
