Shell Trust (UK Property) Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let an 8,919 sq ft industrial property at 4 Riverwey Industrial Park, Newman Lane in Alton to Alton Pump Services Limited.
The industrial property has been taken on a five-year lease at an undisclosed annual rent.
