A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 3,238 sq ft business unit at 1 Hurlands Business Centre in Farnham, Surrey to Aquavent Environmental Services.
The commercial cleaning service has taken the hybrid office and industrial property on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £52,500 (£16.21 psf).
