New convenience store available on Andover’s Augusta Park

Curchod & Co has been appointed to market a new, 3,767 sq ft convenience store at Dairy Road, Andover in Hampshire, forming part of the Augusta Park development. The property is available on a pre-let basis with completion scheduled for December 2025.

Located within a major residential expansion, the store will serve 2,800 new homes in Augusta Park, a growing community in the northeast of the town. The site will feature allocated parking for customers and a dedicated delivery drop-off area, making it an ideal retail opportunity.

Keith Enters of Curchod & Co said: “This brand-new retail unit offers a rare chance for operators to establish a presence in a thriving residential community. With strong local demand and excellent transport links, we anticipate significant interest from prospective tenants.”

Augusta Park includes schools, nurseries, community facilities, and takeaways, supporting a growing population in Andover, which stood at 50,815 in 2021 and is set to increase. The location benefits from good connectivity via the A303 and M3, with direct rail links to London Waterloo in approximately 70 minutes.

For further details or to arrange a viewing, interested parties should contact Keith Enters at Curchod & Co.
