Acting on behalf of M7 Real Estate, Curchod & Co are pleased to announce the letting of Unit 4 Bordon Trading Estate to MK Home Textiles Limited.
The new tenant has taken a 10 year lease with the annual rent achieved at the quoting level. This follows a lease extension agreed elsewhere on the estate that also brought the rent up to a similar level.
