Letting at Farringdon Industrial Centre

FIC Ltd advised by Curchod & Co has let a 3,960 sq ft warehouse at Farringdon Industrial Centre to Lawrence Warren Footwear. The unit was let at a rent of £29,700 per annum, which represents a rent of £7.50 per square foot.

Alex Blown of Curchod & Co said, “We are pleased to have completed a second letting of commercial space to Lawrence Warren Footwear, who previously took an 858 sq ft office in February. This letting reflects the current high demand for medium size warehouse/industrial space”.
