Letting of Chertsey Office Property

A private landlord, advised by Curchod & Co and Claud Waterer Commercial, has let 1,014 sq ft of office space at Quantum House, 59-61 Guildford Street in Chertsey to Phi Capital Investments Limited.

The second floor, refurbished property has been taken on a new lease at an annual rent of £25,350 per annum exclusive (£25 per sq ft).

Katie Hemblade of Curchod & Co said: “The level of this transaction illustrates the strength of the market and demand for high-quality offices in locations offering a variety of amenities for businesses and their staff.”
