Lease renewal on Basingstoke industrial property

A private investment fund, advised by Curchod & Co, has renewed a lease of a 2,383 sq ft warehouse property at Lennox Industrial Mall in Basingstoke, Hampshire to Glazing
Solutions Limited.

The window, materials and glazing specialist has taken Unit 8 at the development, a modern distribution property, on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £23,000 per annum (£9.50 per sq ft).

Edward Rees of Curchod & Co said: “The renewal of the lease on the property for a further five years illustrates the confidence of local businesses and the underlying strength of the industrial property market in Basingstoke.”
