Lease renewal completed at Albany Park in Frimley

Bowers Metrology, a long-standing client of Curchod & Co, has concluded a lease renewal on its high-tech office property at Albany Court in Frimley, Surrey.

Curchod & Co negotiated with the landlord, Leicestershire County Council Pension Fund, and agreed a new five-year lease on the 5,300 sq ft property, which is located close to Junction 4 of the M3 motorway. The new lease was agreed at the current market rent and Curchod & Co negotiated  a substantial rental incentive obo of our client.

Bowers Metrology is a leader in the field of measurement, supplying quality metrology instruments to organisations worldwide.
