Trainee Commercial Property Surveyor

Curchod & Co is a service led chartered surveyors and commercial agency practice. We offer a comprehensive range of RICS accredited property services throughout Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and the South West M25 region.

We have an exciting placement opportunity for 2024/25 working out of our Farnham, Surrey office.

The placement is for 12 months, precise date to be agreed.

The ideal candidate will be studying a property development/real estate degree. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and must be eligible to work in the UK.
The successful candidate will be working within a team as a trainee surveyor. Guidance and training will be provided and the placement will be a fantastic opportunity to put theory learned at university into practice.

Job Description and Responsibilities:-
• To assist the Chartered Surveyors with their duties
• To develop an understanding of, and the ability to successfully perform key tasks
• Shadowing more senior team members
• Dealing with enquiries for commercial properties
• In time, undertaking supervised and unsupervised viewings with tenants/buyers
• Managing and updating our applicant database
• Shadowing colleagues in other departments including valuation, landlord & tenant, property management
