Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor

The Role:
The successful candidate will be working within the team as a graduate surveyor. Guidance and training will be provided and the role will offer a fantastic opportunity to put theory learned at university into practice.
The post will involve all aspects of commercial agency. You will be responsible for, marketing and promotion of our clients property disposals and letting opportunities (industrial, office, retail, investment, and land) and in time undertake supervised and unsupervised viewings with tenants and buyers. You will also assist on property acquisitions both leasing and purchase and keep our applicant database up to date and prepare update reports for clients.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dealing with inbound property enquiries and marketing / promotion of our properties.
• Property viewings
• Assisting the Chartered Surveyors with their duties.
• Reporting to clients
• Liaising with all stakeholders
• Measuring buildings.
• Assisting with the property valuation and Landlord & Tenant teams.
• Updating our applicants database

• Excellent time management and organisation skills

• Excellent telephone manner
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
• An understanding of buildings and how they function

Qualifications:

• A property related degree would be useful but is not essential.
