East Hampshire District Council, represented by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 48 Woolmer Way, Bordon in Hampshire to Pawson Engineering Ltd.
The engineering company has taken the 4,030 sq ft industrial property on a 10-year lease at an annual rent of £38,385 (£9.50 per square foot).
Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co in Farnham said, “Woolmer Way in Bordon provides a range of industrial properties that are both flexible in their design and affordable for small and medium enterprises. This transaction will allow Pawson Engineering to expand their operation and grow their business.”
Pawson Engineering was unrepresented in the transaction.
