Legal and General Assurance (Pensions Management) Ltd has let Unit 10 Bilton Road, Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke, to Kaboodle Ltd.

Kaboodle Ltd was founded in 2005 and has since grown to become the largest independent installer of white goods in the UK with full nationwide coverage.

The Kingsland Business Park Agency team includes Curchod & Co, JLL and Hollis Hockley, who commented: “After the recent letting to Finning (UK) Ltd at Unit 5 Bilton Road, we are delighted to welcome Kaboodle Ltd to Unit 10 Bilton Road at Kingsland Business Park.
