Historic Beaumont House in Aldershot on the market for £2.5 Million

Curchod & Co has been instructed to market the freehold of Beaumont House, a Grade II* listed building in Auchinleck Way, Aldershot, Hampshire, for sale at £2.5 million.

Originally constructed in the 1850s as the Beaumont Riding School, this 14,830 sq ft property has been transformed into modern office space while preserving its distinctive architectural features. Notably, Beaumont House was featured in the classic 1968 film “The Charge of the Light Brigade” and the 1972 film “Young Winston.”

Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co in Farnham commented, “Beaumont House presents a rare opportunity to acquire a historic freehold property with versatile commercial potential. Its unique character and modern amenities make it suitable for a variety of uses beyond traditional office space.”

Situated in a secure, fenced site under a mile of Aldershot town centre, Beaumont House has extensive car parking. The property’s ground floor offers a combination of open-plan and cellular office spaces, including a reception lobby, boardroom, WCs, kitchen facilities, and a plant room. The first floor features two private offices with a balcony overlooking the ground floor and an open-plan mezzanine. Carpeted throughout Beaumont House has gas central heating and air conditioning.
