Freehold sale of prominent retail and office property in Addlestone

A private vendor, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold the freehold of 176 Station Road in Addlestone, Surrey to Fast Homes UK Limited. 

The 777 sq ft retail and office property was sold with vacant possession. 

Gary Whitaker of Curchod & Co said: “Situated close to Addlestone’s railway station, this well-positioned property, with extensive rear car parking, offered great potential for redevelopment and refurbishment. It provided a rare opportunity to acquire a freehold commercial building in this popular location and a sale was agreed very soon after it came to the market.” 

Fast Homes UK Limited was not represented in the transaction.
