IDT Systems, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold an 11,368 sq ft industrial property at Blacknest Industrial Estate, in north Hampshire to g2 Digital.
Founded in 2003, g2 digital manufactures high-quality rack and mini pc products and purchased the modern, semi-detached light industrial property for £885,000.
Nick Reeve, Partner of Curchod & Co, said: “Despite its rural location, this sale represents the third property on the estate that has been sold in the past three months, highlighting the strong demand, and scarcity, of freehold industrial opportunities.
“With a number of disappointed parties who remain keen to buy, the market looks likely to remain strong for the foreseeable future,” he added.
