Spraying Systems Ltd, represented by Curchod & Co, has surrendered its lease on a 2,244 sq ft office property at Farnham Business Park in Farnham Surrey, simultaneously agreeing on a new lease for the landlord with Farnham Foot Clinic.
The podiatry and chiropody services provider has taken the property on a new 15-year lease.
Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co said: “Acting for the former tenant we were able to agree a new lease with Farnham Foot Clinic, which enabled the previous tenant to simultaneously surrender their lease. The unit provides excellent business accommodation on the established Farnham Business Park which is located off the A31.
“With ten parking spaces, the property provides Farnham Foot Clinic the required space to expand the business,” he added.
