A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co LLP, has sold an office building known as 4 St Georges Yard, Castle Street, Farnham, Surrey to Farnham Estates.
The property company has purchased the self-contained three-storey, town centre office with eight car spaces for an undisclosed price.
