Cromwell Holdings, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 2 Selborne House, Wallbrook Office Centre, Alton, to Exclusive Networks.
The cybersecurity specialist has taken a five-year lease at a rent of £16 per square foot, and the transaction is the expanding business’ fourth property on the business park. The newly refurbished, two-storey office property, totalling 3,070 square feet, features air conditioning and 19 parking spaces.
