Double letting at Hurlands Business Centre in Farnham

A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Units 3 & 5 and Hurlands
Business Centre, Hurlands Close in Farnham, Surrey.

Unit 3, a mixed office and industrial property which totals 1,676 sq ft, has been let to Jelly
Fabrics, while Unit 5, a 1,365 sq ft office property, has been taken by Domino Building
Services. Both properties have been taken on three-year leases.

Matthew Munday, of Curchod & Co, said: “Having been refurbished to a high standard, and
with ample on-site parking close to Farnham town centre, Hurlands Business Centre remains
popular with small and medium-sized businesses.”

“Units 1 and 6 are now available to let which are attracting interest from local and regional
businesses. We anticipate further lettings will be announced soon.”

Unit 1 at Hurlands Business Park, a 3,210 sq ft mix of industrial and office space with 10
parking spaces, is available at a quoting rent of £55,000 per annum.

Unit 6, a two-storey office property totalling 1,346 sq ft, is available at a quoting rent of
£27,500 per annum.
