A private developer, advised by Curchod & Co and Hurst Warne, has let an 8,163sq ft warehouse property at Quantum Business Park, in Church Crookham, Fleet, Hampshire, to The Ramp People (www.theramppeople.co.uk).

The UK’s leading supplier of vehicle and accessibility ramps has taken Unit 5 at Quantum Business Park on a new ten-year lease at an
annual rent of £114,282.

The property is one of ten new warehouse and production units on the development and provides 6,948 sq ft of storage and manufacturing space with 1,215 sq ft of office space on
the first floor.
