Curchod & Co secures prime Winchester trade park unit letting amidst industrial space shortage

A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit F, St Martins Trade Park, in Nickel Close, Winchester, Hampshire to JCM Glass & Glazing Limited.

The 1,724 sq ft property has been taken by the glazier business, on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £22,412.

The property is situated just half a mile from central Winchester in a recognised trade park location in a prime spot for businesses looking for highly visible and accessible trade and
industrial space.

Keith Enters of Curchod & Co, commented: “There is a shortage of vacant industrial/warehouse accommodation in Winchester, and this ‘off-market’ letting at St Martins Trade Park demonstrates the continuing demand for good-quality industrial and trade units in the city.”
