Acting on behalf of Action Global Logistics, Curchod & Co has successfully acquired a 6,519 sq ft warehouse property in Waterside Drive, Langley, Berkshire.
Unit 9 Waterside Drive is located approximately six miles from Heathrow Airport and the property, which has an internal height of 7.35 metres, was taken on a new lease for a period of ten years.
Alex Blown of Curchod & Co in Farnham said, “The market for industrial space around Heathrow is highly competitive, and it was a challenge to identify and acquire this particular unit in close proximity to the airport. The terms agreed will allow Action Global Logistics to further expand its operation and grow its business.”
JLL represented the landlord in the transaction.
