Commercial property specialist, Curchod & Co, has completed rent reviews of three office properties in building M1 at the Millennium Centre in West Street, Farnham, Surrey. The three rent reviews were undertaken on behalf of Threadneedle Investments, the global asset management group.
The total floor area of the properties extends to 7,060 sq ft and the three rent reviews involved the office premises of Net Technical Solutions (3,530 sq ft), Handlesbanken (1,660 sq ft), and Howett Thorpe (1,870 sq ft). The rent reviews were negotiated to reflect the office market in the local area.
