Ikinema Limited, represented by Curchod & Co, has let 701 sq ft of offices at 11 Borelli Yard, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7NU to My Source Limited.
The office property has been taken on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £16,000 (£23.00 per sq ft). The lease includes a break option after 30 months and the transaction involved a surrender of an existing lease on the property.

Demand for such properties remains high due to the scarcity of such product in Farnham and the wider area.”
