A private investor, represented by Curchod & Co LLP, has let 307 sq ft of office space at Foxwell House, Chobham Road in Ottershaw to Home Start Runnymede & Woking, the local branch of the family support charity.
The first floor, self-contained offices at Foxwell House have been taken on a new three-year lease at an annual rent of £6,500 (£21.17 per sq ft).
Gary Whitaker of Curchod & Co LLP said: “Situated midway between Chobham and Woking the property is convenient for both staff and visitors and will be a great boost for the important work undertaken by Home Start.”
Home Start Runnymede & Woking was not represented in the transaction.
