A private company, advised by Curchod and Co and RC Consulting, has let 818 sq ft of office space at 53A, High Street in Esher, Surrey to Baker and O’Brien (UK) Ltd.
The energy industry consultants and expert witness has taken the first-floor accommodation within the central, three-storey office property on a new two-year lease.
Kyran Copestick, a graduate surveyor at Curchod and Co, said: “The property provides high-quality office space in the heart of the town centre. Despite the pandemic, Esher remains a town with strong demand for this type of office space, particularly for properties that include on-site parking space.”
Baker and O’Brien was unrepresented in the transaction.
