Aircraft Interiors signs ten-year lease on Sandhurst warehouse

A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co and Hicks Baker, has let a 4,065 sq ft warehouse at Unit 13 Lakeside Business Park, Swan Lane, Sandhurst, Berkshire, to Aircraft Interiors Ltd.

The specialist aviation interiors firm, which designs bespoke interiors and accessories for executive helicopters, business jets and VVIP airliners, has agreed a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £50,000.

Josie Reeves, surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “Aircraft Interiors had been actively searching for the right space for some time and were initially unsuccessful in securing the unit. However, when the property became available again, they moved quickly to re-engage, and we were able to agree terms promptly.

“The unit’s parking, location and attractive setting were key drivers behind the decision, and I expect the tenant will bring their design expertise to create a high-quality workspace,” she added.

Unit 13 is a self-contained, semi-detached warehouse with a 4.5 metre eaves height, that includes a mezzanine floor of 1,523 sq ft, located within the well-maintained Lakeside Business Park.

Aircraft Interiors Ltd was unrepresented in the transaction.
