A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,228 sq ft office property at Mill House, 58 Hamm Moor Lane in Addlestone, Surrey, to Caremaid.
The home care provider has taken the self-contained two-storey office property, which is situated on the banks of the River Wey, on a new four-year lease.
Curchod & Co’s Joseph Smith said: “Due to the incoming tenant’s requirement to occupy the property as quickly as possible, Curchod & Co negotiated with Caremaid to enter a Tenancy at Will before the lease was completed.”
Caremaid was unrepresented in the transaction.
