Letting of 5,429 sq ft Andover office space to regional security firm

Aromflex Limited, advised by Curchod & Co and Koopmans, has let the ground, first and second floors of North Wing, Wessex Chambers, South Street, Andover, Hampshire, to Venture Security Management Ltd.

The letting covers 5,429 sq ft across three floors and sees Venture Security Management relocate from its existing base at Walworth Business Park in the town. The company will use the premises as an office and training facility, operating within the Class E use class.

Edward Rees of Curchod & Co, who advised the landlord on the transaction, said: “This letting reflects continued demand for good quality office accommodation in Andover town centre, particularly from occupiers who need space that can be adapted to their specific operational requirements.”

Venture Security Management have signed a ten-year effective FRI lease and will undertake a significant fit-out of the space across all three floors.

Wessex Chambers, despite being located within the town centre, benefits from 13 car parking spaces, with the property well placed for occupiers requiring a central Hampshire base with good access to the wider region via the A303 and M3.
