Turnack Ltd, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a refurbished industrial and warehouse unit at Unit 16, Basingstoke Enterprise Centre, West Ham Lane, Basingstoke to Newton Star Ltd.
The 4,423 sq ft unit has been let on a new five-year full repairing and insuring lease at a rent of £55,287.50 per annum, equivalent to £12.50 per sq ft. Newton Star Ltd, a Hampshire-based business, has taken the unit, which comprises a ground-floor warehouse of 4,194 sq ft alongside 229 sq ft of first-floor office accommodation, for use as a third-party logistics, storage and distribution warehouse.

Demand for good quality small to mid-size warehouse space in Basingstoke remains robust, and we were pleased to secure Newton Star on terms that reflect the strength of the local market.”
