Legal and General, advised by the Kingsland Business Park Agency team consisting of Curchod and Co, JLL and Hollis Hockley, has let a 20,021 sq ft industrial unit at 11 Bilton Road, Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke to national bathroom retailer Easy Bathrooms.
