L & C Investments Ltd, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 568 sq ft lock-up shop at Ground Floor Unit 1, Potters Walk, in Basingstoke, Hampshire to The Repair Hub Limited, trading as WeFixYourGadget.
The tenant, which specialises in gadget repairs and the trade of electronic devices and vapes, has committed to a new lease. The letting secures their continued presence within the town centre following a relocation.
