

Accounts Assistant required for a busy accounts department dealing with both commercial property management and the company accounts. The accounts team is based in Weybridge, a hardworking team within a friendly, supportive environment.
Experience in commercial property management accounts is not a necessity but knowledge of service charge accounts and the RICS guidelines would be a bonus.
As part of the role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and efficient financial management of service charge accounts within a fast-paced environment while upholding compliance with financial regulations.
The individual will be working directly under the head of accounts and will be involved with all aspects of the accounts department, good accounting knowledge to the level of understanding ‘profit & loss’ and ‘balance sheet’ reports, whether through qualifications or experience is a must. Training will be given where needed.
This is an ideal position for someone wishing to expand their knowledge and take further accounting qualifications.
