Eastleigh Borough Council secures rent review uplift on Unit 5, Channon Retail Park

Eastleigh Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has agreed on a rent review for Unit 5, Channon Retail Park in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

The 1,866 sq ft unit, which boasts a prominent location adjacent to the M3, is tenanted by Premiere Coffee Limited, trading as Costa Coffee. Although the exact rental figure remains undisclosed, it was confirmed that the review resulted in an uplift consistent with market trends.

Tom Clancy of Curchod & Co commented, “The uplift in rent reflects the current market evidence, underscoring the desirability of this prime retail park location.”

Channon Retail Park continues to be a sought-after destination for retailers, with its excellent transport links and strong consumer footfall.
