A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 670 sq ft property at 4 Broomhall Buildings, London Road in Sunningdale, Ascot, Berkshire.
Fireaway Ascot Ltd has taken the property on a new 20-year lease.
Thomas Nurton of Curchod & Co, who oversaw the transaction, commented, “The completion of this deal underlines the appetite from businesses eager to establish a presence in the area and further strengthens Sunningdale’s reputation as a sought-after location.”
Fireaway Pizza was unrepresented in the transaction.
