Heaven’s Kitchens takes 7 The Borough, Farnham

A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 7 The Borough, in Farnham, Surrey, a 1,870 sq ft restaurant and former wine bar property, to local restaurant operator Heaven’s Kitchen.

The Grade II listed building has been taken by the independent Mediterranean Steak House chain on a new ten-year lease. The property is arranged on the ground basement and two upper floors, with a large, terraced garden to the rear which can be used for outside dining.

Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co in Farnham said, “Located in a prime position with many attractive and period features, this well-known property will add to the experience of the new restaurant. It is good for the town to have this prime unit occupied again, with a well-established local brand expanding its operation.

“Farnham continues to prove very popular and the market’s strength is underlined by this letting,” he added.

The tenant was unrepresented in the transaction.
