Church Street Letting

A private investor, advised by Tom Clancy, has let a 534 sq.ft. retail property at 35 Church Street, Basingstoke to Chok Dee.

The Thai and Oriental supermarket has taken the town centre shop, which is adjacent to the busy Festival Place Shopping Centre, on a new 15 year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Tom Clancy said “Well positioned secondary retail units such as this property continue to prove popular within the Basingstoke market”.
