Fishron Investments Limited have let the ground and first floor of Anchor Court, London Road, Basingstoke. The premises totalled approximately 4,670 sq.ft. and was let on a new lease for a term of 10 years, with a tenants break. The premises have been taken by The Barn Bathroom Centre, who will be looking to provide a new and unique service and display area for their clients. Chris Gaze of The Barn commented “the style of building reflects the quality and uniqueness of our products and business.”

Woodford and Company and London Clancy acted for the landlords.
