London Clancy Golf Day

As part of their 25th Anniversary celebrations in 2016, London Clancy held a Golf Challenge Cup day on 9th June at the Basingstoke Golf Club.

Six teams took part in what was a very enjoyable and at times a very competitive day, made all the better by the glorious weather. The day was finished off with dinner and prize giving awards which were presented by Mark Clancy.

The Individual Challenge Cup was won by Richard Burt (NatWest), with runner-up Bruce Usher (Bloombridge) and in 3rd place was Robert Finlayson (Lamb Brooks Solicitors).

Overall team winners were ‘The Pink Ladies’ which consisted of Gary Gibbons (London Clancy), Denis Hounsham (Finch Insurance) and Richard Burt (NatWest).

Team runners-up were ‘The Three Amigos’ consisting of David Heda (London Clancy), Graham Pettit (Amiri Construction) and Bruce Usher (Bloombridge).

Richard Burt also won the ‘Longest Drive’.

Nearest the Pin was won by Rowan Harper (SEGRO).
