A private investor, advised by London Clancy Property Consultants, has let a all four units, totalling 4,991 sq ft, at Ashridge Business Park, Forge Road, Kingsley, Bordon in Hampshire.
Ceratech Accuratus, the manufacturer of input devices and peripherals, has taken three of the new-build office and industrial hybrid properties, Units 2, 3 and 4, on new leases.
At the same time, Unit 1 has been taken by Roam Athletics, the personal fitness business.
The four units range in size between 928 sq ft – 1,729 sq ft and were designed by Architects Macallan Penfold, based in Alton and were being marketed at quoting annual rents of £12.50 per sq ft.
