Alton office property letting

Hollybourne Developments Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 1,000 sq ft of office space at Bellcroft House, Vicarage Hill in Alton, to ASDC Southern Limited.

The first-floor accommodation has been taken on a five-year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “Alton’s office market remains strong for well-specified properties that are well located and benefit from good car-parking ratios.”
