Hartley Business Park secures letting of industrial property

Curchod & Co has advised Hartley Park Farms Limited on the letting of a 1,774 sq ft industrial property at Hartley Business Park, Selborne Road, Selborne in Hampshire.

Peapod Catering has taken Blue Barn 2 at the business park on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £12,500 (£7.00 per sq ft).

Peapod Catering was not represented in the letting.
