Acting on behalf of a private client, and in conjunction with Park Steele, Curchod & Co are delighted to announce the lease renewal of 37 Downing Street to Strutt & Parker.

The new lease was complicated by Strutt & Parker handing back 38 Downing Street and carrying out extensive dilapidations to both properties which will now commence. 38 Downing Street is currently under offer and we continue to see strong demand from independent retailers looking for premises in the town.
