Waverley Borough Council’s Enterprise Centre in Farnham is now “fully let”

The Enterprise Centre, Coxbridge Business Park, Farnham, Surrey is fully let, following the letting of the final 1,000 sq ft of office accommodation at the scheme by Waverley Borough Council, which was advised by Curchod & Co.

The single storey, business park office has been taken on a new five year lease by an IT business, at an annual rent of £22,500 per annum.
