Qinetiq secures letting of office and laboratory at Cody Technology Park, Farnborough

QinetiQ, advised by Curchod & Co and Lambert Smith Hampton, has let 2,678 sq ft (249 sq m) of office and laboratory space in Building A2 at Cody Technology Park in Farnborough, Hampshire to Ultra Electronics.

The specialist electrical and electronics engineering firm has taken the accommodation on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £40,170 (£15 per sq ft).

Nick Reeve, of Curchod & Co in Farnham, said: “Cody Technology Park was an obvious choice as a location for Ultra Electronics’ expansion. As a global operator, with a focus on defence and other regulated markets, security, communications and accessibility were key to the decision-making process.”
