Acting on behalf of a private client, Curchod & Co, are delighted to have concluded the letting of Bonners Barn.  Bonners Barn, which comprises an 8,470 sq.ft. industrial warehouse unit, has been let for a term of 6 years at a headline rent of £55,000 per annum to Hooke Highways Limited who are one of the largest providers of traffic management in the South of England.

The letting of Bonners Barn comes hot on the heels of a lease renewal also carried out by Curchod & Co.  This involved the renewal of the existing lease to The National Farmers Union of the Old Stables, a 2,014 sq.ft. attractive barn conversion office.
